This Nudity Rider to Player (Actor) Agreement is an addendum to a previous agreement between the player (actor) and the production company. This Nudity Rider states that the actor will be required to appear nude (or semi-nude) and perform designated sexual acts in a motion picture. A description of the nudity and the sex acts is set forth in an exhibit with this rider. A written Nudity Rider to Player Agreement will prove helpful if there are misunderstandings or disagreements between production company and the actor.

This Nudity Rider to Player Agreement contains:
  • Parties: Name of the production company, the actor and title of the motion picture;
  • Employment Agreement: Refers to the employment agreement between the actor and production company of which this nudity rider will become a part;
  • Nudity/Sex Acts: Sets forth the services required regarding nudity and any sex acts to be performed;
  • Player’s Consent: Player consents to render the nudity services as set forth;
  • Ownership of Performance: The production company has the exclusive right to exploit the motion picture and player’s performance;
